Bola (Raymond) Olubowale
A List Boxing was founded by Bola (Raymond) Olubowale, a three-time Canadian Heavy Weight Boxing Champion.
He has coached full-time since 2002, training all levels of clients from ages 8 through 73.
Not only has he dominated the Canadian scene, but he's also had the privilege of going toe-to-toe with three world champions as a sparring partner, gaining invaluable strategies along the way.
This extensive training and experience is the foundation of his boxing programs.

We use gyms at various locations across Toronto from downtown to Oakville. In-home options are also possible.
